PR-619: non-selective, reversible inhibitor of Ubiquitin and Ubiquitin-like Isopeptidases

PR-619 is a cell permeable inhibitor of Ubiquitin and Ubiquitin-like isopeptidases through the inhibition of various deubiquitylases (5-20 µM range). Once treated with PR-619, cells display an accumulation of both Ubiquitin and SUMO-conjugated proteins.

Applications: Non-specific inhibition of Isopeptidases
